1. ChalkBuzz is provided free of charge to schools for educational use.
2. Schools are responsible for the accounts they create and for obtaining parental consent for students.
3. Teachers must upload only questions and images they have the right to use.
4. Do not use ChalkBuzz to harass, collect unnecessary personal data, or for any unlawful purpose. Accounts that misuse the platform may be suspended.
5. We work hard to keep ChalkBuzz available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Keep your own copies of important question banks and results.
6. These terms may be updated; schools will be informed of important changes.
